Your room will be ready for you from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible, depending on occupancy. If you are interested, feel free to contact us in advance.

Start your day at the NILS am See with a delightful gourmet breakfast. Our generous breakfast buffet, featuring mainly regional products, is available daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. On request, we are happy to offer vegan, lactose-free, and gluten-free options. Please inform us of any dietary intolerances in advance.

Pets are not allowed at the NILS am See. Thank you for your understanding.

All rates are per room and include VAT and a gourmet breakfast. A local tourist tax of €2.50 per person, per night is payable directly on site.

Surcharge for a third person in our studio with sofa bed or premium suite: €80.00 per night

Surcharge for a second person when booking a single room: €30.00 per night

The following cancellation conditions apply to your stay:

• Weekdays (Sunday to Thursday, all year round): Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the booking amount.
• Weekends (Friday and Saturday, September to May): Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the booking amount.
• High season weekends (Thursday to Saturday, June to August): Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the booking amount.
• Advent weekends (Friday and Saturday during Advent): Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the booking amount.
• New Year’s Eve (30–31 December): Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the booking amount.

During your stay, you can enjoy access to our outdoor pool, heated year-round using geothermal energy, a cosy fireplace lounge, and a small sauna area featuring a Swedish sauna and relaxation space – perfect for moments of calm and comfort. You will also receive complimentary entry to the Seebad Weiden lakeside bathing area.
